Overview
LUXON-Refrigerated Air Dryer
The refrigerated air dryer follows the principles of the vapor-compression refrigeration cycle to reduce the dew point of the
compressed air to a certain temperature. The cooled air is then passed through the water seperator tower for further remov
al of air moisture. The collected condensation is then drained automatically through the auto-drain valves. When the comp
ressed air is passed through the final filter tower, it has been cooled and demoistured. The air is further filtered for particles
and other micro-oil content larger than 3 μ . The resulting compressed breathing air is thus clean, de-moistured and cooled.
It is suitable for fire fighting, diving and other fields.
